Chef Uphoff’s distinguished career includes experience in several Michelin-rated restaurants, representative of his background in fine dining. Since 2018, he has overseen food & beverage operations at Hilton The Hague, where he successfully transformed two restaurants into “Best of the Best” establishments within the Hilton EMEA region. With extensive experience in international five-star hotel and resort kitchens, combined with his ability to implement the highest quality standards, Uphoff has become a respected leader in the hospitality industry.

Elevated Dinning Experiences

On October 25th 2025, Divi & Tamarijn Aruba All Inclusives hosted “Culinary Superstar” Chef Robbie Felice. Known for his boundary-pushing culinary concepts and artistic presentation, Chef Felice brought his signature flair to Tamarijn's Paparazzi Restaurant Bar & Lounge. Alongside Divi & Tamarijn's Executive Chef Frank Uphoff, Chef Felice created a five-course dinning experience that paired each course with imaginative cocktails and a curated wine selection. Guests kicked off the night with a lively cocktail hour featuring handcrafted drinks, hors d'oeuvres and live entertainment. The event transcended the typical resort dinner, offering a full-sensory experience that was engaging, unexpected and unforgettable.
